7 ways to plan ‘me time’ this winter

After a hectic week, 1 weekend calls for some tranquil time off…

I always like a no-plan-on-my-mind kinda break, where everything is spontaneous. It’s perhaps 1 best time to treat myself to some digital detox.

PS. Workaholics – Don’t reach out to your phone, while scrolling down.

1. Seek

Find what truly makes you happy. The sweet whiff of 1 fresh winter morning breeze, or even a bunch of sweet smelling flowers.

3. Explore

Go out, put on your earphones and take a short stroll in 1 park or a nearby residence area. Listen to your “Calm down” playlist.

Ever thought of an early morning walk on 1 beach? The sound of 1 waves work wonders on your health too!

4. Make

Food for 1 soul? Yes please. That’s just what you need. Opt for an easy-to-make recipe of your favourite hot beverage and satisfy your taste buds. I love my cup of hot chocolate and marshmallows.

5. Shop

A little retail 1rapy goes a long way. It not only de-stresses you, but lets your keen eye indulge a little. Visit a flea market or a cultural art exhibit.
